Sound sync when adverts start

Hi,

......of late when the adverts start when returning to the program, the sound sync goes out by about half a second, particularly noticable on channels 402 and other sports channels.

I have to switch channels and then back again. I can read other similar feedback and comments, am I correct in thinking that this is yet another issue awaiting a resolve, some comments seem to go back to the start of the year?

So assuming that we are reporting a wide spread issue, what is Sky proposing to do about it.?

I see no reference to a solution, time line or apology? Worthy manufacturers issue statement regarding their efforts to solve, reimburse or correct problems with a timeline...

As you personally state, on behalf of sky "it's a known issue" do what is the proposed solution or timeline to eradicate the problem please ?
