      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a reset? &amp;nbsp;If not go to Settings at the bottom of the front page or just ask by pressing the microphone button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then go to Resets &amp;amp; Updates and select Restart Device and wait a few minutes for it to start up again. &amp;nbsp;If that doesn't work go back to Restart &amp;amp; Updates and try Refresh Apps. &amp;nbsp;Just not adviced to do Factory reset unless instructed to do so..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope that works for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
