Are you referring to the speed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Speed is only part of the performance equation what is equally important is a strong and stable network connection. How do you have the puck connected to your network?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The lip sync issue is a known issue that Sky are investigating. Freezing is typically caused due to the reason I've mentioned above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Freezing is also an issue for Sky to sort. I have excellent WiFi and stable network and I get the freezing and black screens intermittently. It's nothing to do with my ISP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I am hoping everything gets sorted by Sky / Comcast next year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky stream is a good product but just needs updating, hopefully in the new year. The menus are great and the way you can move about is really positive&lt;/P&gt;</description>
