      <title>Sky VIP technical issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had sky stream and broadband for almost a month now and I am unable to access my sky VIP rewards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The message I receive is: 'sorry, because of a technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that we're working hard to fix the problem'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried rebooting my hub but that hasn't worked. I've also been in touch with sky recently about my connection and they said we had a good connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know how to get around this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
