    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4276528"&gt;@Kog&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;When I first joined the streaming platform in July 2022 this was quite a common problem and I had the same problem but in my case the batteries lasted a couple of weeks. &amp;nbsp;I contacted&amp;nbsp;Sky and requested a replacement remote which they sent me and I have not had any issues since then.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log into your MySky account and then you can request a replacement at the following link:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Streaming TV replacement remote&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are lucky enough to have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement to arrive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well that obviously should not happen. &amp;nbsp;I have had Stream for several months now and have had no need to change the batteries as yet. &amp;nbsp;So either it is a faulty remote in which case ask Sky for a replacement, or there is something wrong &amp;nbsp;with your batteries. &amp;nbsp;I hope that helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
