SKY via puck is very inconsistent. Keeps turning off or saying "Loading programme" but never does.

I am trying to watch Sky via 'puck' but frequently it switches off, or displays message saying " loading programme - please wait" The programme never loads. Picture, when visible pixelates too.

I have tried on/off but to no avail.

Very frustrating as all Sky data suggests good sigmnal etc.

I am now reading instead !
