      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a new customer and I'm unable to activate Discovery+ or Paramount+ on Sky stream. &amp;nbsp;There is an error code MYSKY-2018. Also unable to access Sky Shop, that shows an error code MYSKY_1018.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assistance would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This error can happen when your puck is still showing in a delivery state and not yet switched over to a delivered state.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You mention you are a new customer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has your Sky Stream just arrived today?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, wait a good few hours, restart the puck and see if the activation for the apps works.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To restart your Sky Stream box&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Lettice,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had two pucks for over a week now. &amp;nbsp;In one section it does say the puck has been ordered and in the manage section it shows its active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive carried out the reboot, and nothing has changed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assuming that the issue may been that the puck is shown ordered rather than delivered, how do I manage to get that status changed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi KezDD,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a Sky employee was required to assist. &amp;nbsp;A super user enabled my contact. &amp;nbsp;Not sure if there is another way to chat to a Sky employee.&lt;BR /&gt;It turned out that my puck status hadnt been changed to 'Already yours'. &amp;nbsp;This was changed by Sky and then I had to follow a set of instructions to re link my account to them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All up and running now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
