      <title>So much wrong freezing, pixilating, black screen</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had the sky Puck for 4 days and have spent most of that time trying to make it work. I have yet to watch any live TV. Apps i.e Disney/prime all work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Key issues are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Turn on live TV and it plays for a couple of minutes then a red pixilated line appears on a black screen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Try and watch any sky program and it goes straight to black screen then eventually returns to the blue home screen&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- occasionally just freezes on the home page and can't do anything!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Shows technical fault on almost every channel&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have turned it on and off more times than I can count, have done a factory reset of the puck. We have sky 150 broadband 129mb average speed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't find any help on the FAQ I am really dissapointed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried disabling the WiFi in the pucks settings, connecting via Ethernet cable and then rebooting the puck again turning it off at the plug for 1 minute?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
