Yeah if you have no internet then Sky Stream won't work as its a service provided by the internet.

Hi @HiJac and welcome to the forum. I'm assuming you have your network but it is not connecting to the internet.

If I am correct then try the following:

Put your stream puck into Standby and then unplug both your puck and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your stream back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have connected to the internet.
