i added a film from channel 5 which had a news break so did not get second half. what do i need to do ?

You can't do anything. This issue has existed since Sky Stream launched. There is no fix.

The issue is down to the way the broadcaster is broadcasting the film in 2 parts. This isn't compatiable with the playlist feature on the Sky streaming platform, where everything is based on the show (e.g film or specific episodes of a TV show) and not based on EPG data.

Ultimately its the broadcaster essentially broadcasting the film like its 2 episodes of a TV show that makes it incompatiable with how playlists work.

@Starky124 you can do something ... complain to the broadcaster .... whether that achieves anything you can find out😉

It shouldn't happen if the broadcaster is Sky but it does.

Until when Sky will keep blaming broadcasters for recording and play list issues. Sky Stream Play list is utterly frustrating. We were happy when we were able to record our Indian programming channels. Since we moved to Stream, we have couple of shows available then a few missing, then couple available and then a few missing. It is utterly frustrating when we want to watch a show and its not available and Sky blames it on broadcasters. My wife cries when shows are missing. Seriously thinking of moving back to Sky dish with recording rather than this nonsense frustrating Sky Stream. Now they want more payment for this. Better to move to another platform.
