Sky stream unwatchable

Sky stream pixelation makes it un able to watch , I have 65 meg download. Apple t v and Amazon stick both work fine . I have tried all the help topics and got in touch with sky , if anything it is getting worse . Paying good money for a service that does not work , not happy.

Is the 65meg download the speed you're seeing when you run a network test from the get help section of the Netflix app on the puck?

Yes this is the speed showing on the stream box

every other device , firestick. Apple TV and smart tv apps all work fine . The problem is with the streaming box

@Alan+127 what did Sky say when you contacted them? It sounds like you'll need to speak to them again. Ask for a replacement Puck. It's unlikely that you'll have the same problem with a replacement. if it's Puck related.

Hi Spoke with SKY and they are nowgoung to provide me with full Fibre WIFI . I will see if this works but I have my doubts
