It could easily be the strength and stability of the WiFi network that is the cause of the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes Wi-Fi speed is very good. It also keeps saying loading programs. Haven't been able to watch any normal programs today apart from U tube or Amazon. It's happening a lot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, would be worth checking the wifi network speed test on each of your Pucks, in case there is a local network problem.&lt;BR /&gt;Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.&lt;BR /&gt;Choose Check Network.&lt;BR /&gt;Would suggest running the test a few times, say a few minutes between tests.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
