Without knowing the ins and outs of your router, channel, transmitter power, positioning etc it's impossible to tell. The easy way to test is swap them over and see what happens.

We have 2 sky stream boxes in separate rooms. One keeps pixelating on. Live tv channels and freezes when using you tube. The other seems to work fine. We never use them at the same time. Any ideas?

Hi @Awspry

It would suggest marginal WiFi connection on the offending puck. Try swapping them over and see if the issue appears in the same location, If so you will need to look at improvement of your WiFi or using ethernet or homeplugs.

If the issue continues on the offending puck could point to a fault and needs to be reported to Sky.

MikeAlanR

I would agree if the offending puck wasn't in the same room as the router. The working one is much further away
