      <description>&lt;P&gt;Before i phone sky, again, since the software update this morning i'm getting new &amp;nbsp;random sound dropouts for 20-30 seconds at a time - anyone else ? or has my puck finally given up!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For what's it's worth I'm on PCM audio and today I've experienced this random audio drop out while watching Sky News. Soft reboot via settings menu and power cycle by removing the power have not fixed this issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
