New Sky Stream puck arrived - box has been opened though

Strange experience today.
the box with my new stream puck arrived (and was left in my shed - which was very good of the driver).

Box

had been opened before I picked it up today.
inside the box everything seemed to be there ... I had

remote

the sky box

HDMI cable

power cable.

no QuickStart guide or anything .... but for those who known... is there anything missing? (Seems strange to find a box that was opened - as that type of box would mean things would fall out of it if it was thrown in to vans. so I'd be surprised it left the Sky warehouse like that. But that's a different question.

Can't see your pic yet but sounds like everything is there. Sky now publish the guides online. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-stream-faqs & https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-stream

The puck is loaned to you by Sky and might not be brand new. However it should have been reset and serviced by Sky and put into a new box and sealed.

Same as amazon's boxes the seal tends not to survive to 6ft drop from The royal mail york in to the parcel sorting machine better research needed from both amazon and sky

I've worked for royal mail for 15 years and been a sky customer for 10 years
