Disney+ not locking to Atmos on Sky Stream

Does anyone else have an issue with the disney+ app not outputing dolby atmos via the app on Sky Steam?

I have tried this using the TV's built in atmos speakers and an external atmos sound bar and get the same issue on both.

So what should happen is when you start watching the content with Atmos it pops up in the top right that its Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.

1) On the disney+ app it does not do that

2) On the netflix app it works fine

3) However if I use the smart TV disney+ app (not the sky one) it also works fine.

So it just seems to be the disney+ app on sky stream that dosent appear to be working correctly.

Anyone else noticed this or is it just me?
