I'm moving house and have sky stream. Do I need to contact sky regarding house move? Or as its sky stream can I just leave it.

Yes, you still need to contact Sky, to update the address they hold for you.

Technically you are only allowed to use sky stream in the household that is registered with sky. There is an IP check possible which in the worst case scenario can block your access to sky.

as @Mark39 states you need to notify sky of your new address and moving date
