Sky stream - TV keeps freezing and buffering

Another day, another issue with sky. Now my TV is constantly buffering when I'm trying to watch something and then going black. Has anyone else had this issue?

If you open Netflix on the Sky Glass and go to Get Help -> Check your network, what download speed does it report?

Don't want to spook you but for last couple of months ours has done this despite a 1gbp service and via wi-fi and wired connections but now two or 3 months later can't connect remotes and after fault finding and factory reset it's a brick stuck at the setup remote screen with no response from remotes. I suspect we have had a failing wi-fi and or Bluetooth p art of tv now it's junk.

spent ages on phone to sky when they said they would call me back once higher up support is sought....never did ring back so I guess gonna have to ring back in the morning! Despite looking nice TV's, they could be cheap junk dressed up to better than they actuallly are!

let's hope you don't experience the problem in a few months time! Get in touch with support asap!
