We have a disney+ subscription through the bank.. If I log on through the app on Sky Stream will Sky charge a subscription for it?

No - you can login as normal to the Disney + app on Sky Stream and it won't change your billing.

As mentioned above

You can login to the app on Sky Stream and use your current login credentials and account subscription for Disney+

Sky only change over a Netflix account on Sky Stream to a Netfix one paid via your Sky account.
