We have thew Sky TV Pod connected to that LG TV via HDMI.&nbsp; We always watch ‘cable’ TV i.e. we do not use the TV to watch live TV. &nbsp;Each day or night at various random&nbsp; points the settings on the LG TV change so that the Accessibility / Audio Guidance is 'ON' and a female voice is speaking / stating the name of every press of every button.
