Why does the sound and commentary be completely out of sync with the pictures? Switched puck off and on still not working correctly. Sky tennis is a big product for sky? Why can't the commentators say 'some customers may have a sound problem'? We are trying to fix it? I can't be the only customer having problems! Sky tells me my puck is streaming fine? Help help . This is so annoying and ruins the match

The lip sync issues have been ongoing for a long time on Sky Stream.

Sky are investigating. There is no timeline for a fix.

Thanks for your reply, we pay enough money you'd think they could sort it out quickly? This is not the first time, I have switch to watch the match on sky sports main event, then I came across a grey box to live sync, which has work, sound with pictures , but now I'm watching via SSMELHD(921) , match ended and it's cricket!! I generally watch on Sky Sports Tennis (407) back on sky tennis presenters talking and seems okay
