Same error if I go straight to the shop. Noticed my picks where showing as dispatched so presume this was the fault. Called up yesterday and adviser confirmed this was probably the issue a d passed to third line to fix. Issue still not fixed. Has anybody else had this error and how long did it take for sky to fix. Surely this is a really quick status change on the database.
