      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4184960"&gt;@Mark335&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;Your puck might just be losing the network connection when it is in standby so go into the Settings &amp;gt; Start up &amp;amp; standby menu and make sure that the option for&amp;nbsp;"Networked standby mode" to &lt;STRONG&gt;ON&lt;/STRONG&gt;. &amp;nbsp;I would also turn &lt;STRONG&gt;OFF&lt;/STRONG&gt; the overnight power saving.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Powerline adapters use your electrical circuits as an Ethernet alternative&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they come in a pair and you plug one directly into the electrical socket near your router. An Ethernet cable then can be plugged from the router to the adapter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thenaecond adapter can then be plugged into a socket near your glass / stream. You can then plug another ethernet cable from the device to the adapter. This then creates a wired connection directly from your device to the router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it sounds more complicated than it is .... no setup necessary. Argos probably sell an inexpensive set&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
