&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try a bit later and hopefully should be back up and running&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have rebooted, &amp;nbsp;updated turned off. &amp;nbsp;I cannot access SKY VIP on my Sky Puck it keeps going to :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Sorry because of a technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service. &amp;nbsp;Please be assured that we're working hard to fix the problem"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot get passed this message and access any rewards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
