Are you seeing an error or M&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;essage? What is your broadband speed? Who is your ISP? Does it meet the minimum requirements of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD? Are ther specific channels, what steps have you taken to resolve e.g. reboot.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once you provide more information the community will do it's best to assist.
