Puck remote

I have just set up a second puck on whole home, once set up it stopped the remote on the first puck from working and both will only work using the remote from the second puck. How can i fix this?

How close are the pucks to each other ?

Hi thanks The 1st one is downstairs the second upstairs the second is almost directly above the 1st though

Try this on both remotes

The remote can be reset and paired again following these steps;

Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds.
Press and hold 4 and 6 together for three seconds.
Press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds and follow the on-screen instructions.

The remotes are normally in IR mode during setup and then pair via Bluetooth during the process

eonthe above on each puck but make sure the other puck is powered off on the plug when doing so
