Sky stream freezing constantly

I had to get sky stream due to satellite for sky q being blocked by trees Swapped over in august but freezes at least twice per week Then Wi-Fi goes ! So have to turn everything off

Tried reporting this to sky but never get anyone to understand!
is there a number in UK to speak to

Alternatively, if Sky is your mobile provider you can contact them by dialling 150.
