first think to try is to pull the stream plug out of the socket for 5 minutes

Not sure what you have tried, but would suggest a restart of your Sky Stream box

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Yes tried that still the same and it's just the YouTube app if I use the normal tv without going onto Sky the YouTube works but only freezing when using the puck

I can point you to countless threads where pulling the plug has succeeded where system restart hasn't

Tried this also and no luck,also Sky internet itself seems a bit laggey nothing like it was when we first got it

Can you check the speed you are getting on your stream puck

to do this open the Netflix app and scroll down to "get help"

then run the network test

You need roughly at least a steady 25mb to 30mb to run optimally

I have reset my internet by turning it off completely and restarting to see if there's any difference

can you try and sign out of YouTube app (if you can get in) then sign back in

if that doesn't work I'll escalate your post to the online community sky support team
