Sky stream not showing picture

When I turn on my TV then turn on my Sky stream, it is not turning on, it will go to sky home page I press a channel and will say currently showing, bit the screen is blank, can tou help

Whichever channel I select K get a message, "Please wait for your programe to load", then, the provrammes menu comes up again!!!

Pretty shabby for £200+ per month!

And all SKY checks show, "OK"!

Firstly, try a restart of the puck.

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Thanks but nothing's changed.

I think I'll just go back to bed and hooe the fairies come and fix it.
