I'm ending my sky stream and I need to send the equipment back ( puk) do I need to send the remote also ???

Yes and the power cables

also be sure to photograph all of the items and a video before sending

be super sure you also get a proof of posting receipt from the post office and take a photo of said receipt

Thank you I have a few remotes , don't know how 🙄 can I send any or should they match up with numbers ??

If you have one stream puck then only one remote needs to be returned. Any of the remotes will do
