When you go on menu channels it says No programme information available

It's on sky menu when u go channel list you see the channels line up but don't say anything what's on until u actually click on it and watch it but don't know what's program is I run scan on Wi-Fi signal on sky app but it's all good it say

I will ask again, on what device is this happening on and by device I mean computer, tablet, phone, Sky Glass, Sky Q etc...
