Picture on 75inch not clear

Anyone know why the picture is not right on our tv now we have sky stream it was fine when we had NOW TV. Also we've upgraded to fibre broadband and it's not made a difference ? Anyone else had the problem ? What did you do to resolve it. Pointless when we can't watch sports or films on it only on the smaller tv

have you tried altering the picture settings on sky stream?

it maybe set on a low resolution.

do you have a 4k tv?

We've started to have this issues as well on out 43". I thought my eyes were getting worse but no. I change the settings but has made no difference and is fine when I use apps through the TV rather than Sky. Sorry I don't have a solution other than its another Sky Stream issue.
