      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the past 2 days I cannot access Netflix. It shows codes: tvq-st-105 and 142. I have a stream box. Nothing happens in settings if I press&amp;nbsp; 0.0.1 enter. Thanks for your help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should be able to go to the settings&amp;nbsp; menu --&amp;gt; System management --&amp;gt; Resets &amp;amp; Updates --&amp;gt; refresh apps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It can take up to 24 hours for the apps to refresh.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
