Sky Stream Sound

When connected through Ethernet my sound for my sky tv keeps cutting out frequently. I have had a hard reset of the puck but still not difference.

If it not happening via wifi then it maybe worth trying a different ethernet cable

also try changing the sound setup in the sound settings to auto or pcm

Thanks, changed my Ethernet & used WiFi again. On the TV wifi/ethernet jumps but when use the different apps for tv it doesn't jump.

Ethernet not obtaining IP

My Ethernet is not obtaining an IP address when I try to reconnect sky box.

Are you using a network switch ?

You plug it into your router via ethernet and it gives you a load more ethernet ports .... I'm guessing not !

Did you try switching the sound settings ?

also have you tried a different Ethernet cable ?

I'm having same issues. Connected straight to router by Ethernet. Keeps stopping/ freezing and then returns with sound massively out of sync. Have restarted, unplugged, changed sound settings on puck and tv. Getting to end of tether now. Would like to go back to sky Q if I'm honest

Would be helpful if when your rang them you could speak to someone wouldn't it.
