U App Streaming No Subtitles

Why doesn't the U Streaming service have subtitles. This is a must for us Deaf people. Seems like Sky have gone back in time when subtitles weren't available.

The U app is nothing to do with Sky. Its a third party app owned and run by UKTV. If you have complaints about the lack of subtitles on that app i'd suggest complaining directly to them via their website (https://corporate.uktv.co.uk/contact)
