Can't purchase Sky Stream or contact Sky

I don't have a Sky account. I'm trying to buy Sky Stream but it appears my address is linked to a previous Sky customer. I'm given a phone number to call but I'm then asked to use a phone number linked to my Sky account - which I dont have. I've tried the online chat which cant help. Any ideas?

Or are Sky so rubbish I should just forget the whole thing.

If you just want to access Sky's subscription channels consider getting Sky's budget service NOWTV ... it's more robust and cheaper😉

Everything else can be accessed by others apps🤔

A TV subscription to NOW might be something to consider 👍
