Our new Stream regularly during watching flashes black then continues with the programme.

Our LG TV is brand new.

Our broadband is Sky 150MB

Are you using the HDMI cable that came with the puck?

Check that it's fully inserted at both ends and also make sure you have Deep Colour enabled for the HDMI port on the TV.

checked and HDMI connected as required and deep colour enabled to 4K

Might be worth changing the HDMI cable to rule out that as the issue.

Presumably your broadband is functioning correctly? The Stream pucks can be overly sensitive to fluctuations and need a constant connection to Sky's servers.

Have rebooted puck and appears to have cleared fault.

Still happening. Was just watching Sky sports ultimate and the cricket and the screen just went black
