It relies entirely on there being a constant connection to Sky's servers to function with any form of reliability.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check the speed your puck is receiving by running a network check from the get help menu within the Netflix app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need an absolute minimum of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD but preferably a lot more.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try connecting via ethernet if possible, and turn WiFi off on the puck's network settings is another thing you can try.
