      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have sky steam using a sky puck but lately it keeps loosing connection and saying no WiFi, but it is using an Ethernet cable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;done all the usual resets and unplug reboots but randomly looses connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any solutions or do I need a new puck ?.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3974875"&gt;@Lynna82&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you are using an ethernet cable turn off the pucks wifi facility in Settings/Network/Advanced which should help,with stability also in Settings/Start up and Standby set thr puck to remain networked in standby. Those changes should hopefully stop the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
