My question is: if I purchase whole room do I get another puck and can I still watch my sky services on it Thank you for any advice.

Sky Stream pucks are logged by Sky by serial number so they will be expecting your lost one back at the end of your contract.

You could order the Whole Home sub and pay the £39.99 activation fee for a new loaned puck, but you're probably best off giving Sky a ring and explaining the situation. They may be lenient on you and just send you a replacement puck, but ultimately they will be expecting the original puck back at some point so you may as well own up now...

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/lost-or-stolen-sky-glass

If you have lost your puck i'd suggest phoning Sky telling them this and they will likely be happy to send you another one for a fee.
