Sky stream puck no video issue

Hi all,

Switched on the sky stream puck and my tv today. Puck loads the Sky home menu fine but when I select live TV/any app (Netflix etc)/catchup. It loads the content but only the audio plays. The program 'timer' ticks along as if it's playing but no video plays. No screen flickering or any hdmi issues encountered.

Have tried normal restart, factory reset, changing video and audio settings.

Fresh out of ideas! Any help will be well received!

Now seems to not play audio either! Sometimes when turning it off then on again I get audio, other times none! Video never seems to work..

I have this issue too. Puck has never worked properly from first install. Have to do several mains power off at the wall to eventually get video. No other streaming deivce has this issue.

What's the fix?

Hi, I get the same, or similar.
Picture freezes and eventually goes to a solid light grey screen, but audio contines.

Going to 'Home' and back in, does not solve the issue.

New puck (due to playlist not working - sky say this is a known issue, but refue to say what the issue is or when it will be fixed)

Moved to Sky fibre 100mb broadband.

Puck plugged directly into Sky router, which is plugged into ONT, all within a metre of each other.

So everything is with sky.

Still getting these issues, yet sky just put all the prices up!

Should also add, far fewer channels on stream than on normal sky.
