At least twice a week i get a message technical fault with this channel on every channel and so can't watch TV this lasts for hours sometimes is there anything i can do?

@Phill+cooper How is the stream puck connecting to your router? As this issue is typical of poor wifi being received at the puck, and wifi can be prone to interference.

What speed is the puck getting from the hub? Open the netflix app, go to Get Help, run the connection test, what speed is being reported.

@Phill+cooper If this is the speed on the netflix app on the puck it would sugeest speed isn't an issue, however when the issue does occur it may be worth running the speed check again to see if there is a sudden drop in speed.
