Pucks have been loaned since February 2023.

They should go through an assessment and refurbishment process before being sent out again.

I have recently joined Sky Stream from

Virgin and the equipment arrived promptly. However, once I unboxed the equipment it was clear to see the pucks were grubby and covered in marks having clearly been sent straight out from the last customer. Both pucks and remotes appear heavily used.

When I contacted the team over the phone they had no response and generally couldn't care less, implying they weren't aware of old equipment being used for new Stream customers (only Sky Glass - which I don't have).

Shoddy equipment and even worse service - horrible first impression @Sky
