Sky Stream won’t work

Sky Steem won't turn on.

Tried the turn off and on again as it says to do.

Tried the resetting option where the puck flashes various colours of LED.

Now the puck won't even turn on????

Any suggestions?

Sounds like you may have tried, but read this Sky article and try the recovery procedure on step 4.

Make sure you keep the button pressed for a number of the colour changes.

If your puck still does not respond, you will need to call Sky, for a replacement puck.

I get the same issue. It seems to only happen with my LG G4 TV
