Sky Stream needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can check the speed your puck is getting by opening netflix going to get help and running a connection check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could try using an ethernet cable or homeplugs to improve stability (and turning WiFi off in the puck settings). Or using a booster if your WiFi signal is marginal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
