BBC IPlayer gives error code 2004 when I try to 'Watch from Start'. All other 'Watch from Start' functions appear to work normally. I have restarted the puck and also refreshed the apps several times. Any ideas? Cheers Alan

Do you get the same error using the iPlayer app on your Smart TV?

Hi, Iplayer app on the LG TV works fine, thanks. It also works fine on the Puck if the programme I wish to watch has already been shown or chosen from the Iplayer search engine/ menus. It only seems to show the error message if I try to watch a programme from the start on a BBC Channel if it is already being broadcast live.

@have you tried pulling the plug on your puck and plugging back in ... this often clears glitches
