Who is your ISP and what speed do you get? Sky recommend minimum of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may have more success using an ethernet cable or homeplugs and turning WiFi off in the settings on the puck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
