Does Sky Stream include TV license?

Hi. I recently got a sky broadband + tv bundle which includes sky entertainment and sky stream (plus netflix etc) and has live tv channels. Does this include a tv license required to watch programs on e.g. bbc iplayer? Or do I need to purchase it separately?

No streaming television service subscription includes payment of the Licence Fee as part of its monthly cost: there simply isn't any mechanism through which that could happen.

Edit: I believe it may have been possible back in the days of CRT TV rental, which was a while ago....
