I have stream and two pucks. One for downstairs and one for my bedroom. Not sure how it happened but both seem to work with my tv downstairs but can't set up in my bedroom. Have tried all the dual button pressing to reset to no avail. Back light on downstairs but dead in bedroom! Help!!!!!

@Kevhitch You have put as your heading 'Stream Remote' but it sounds like you are having problems with your puck. Could you please confirm which it is? Thanks.

try pulling the plug s on both .... then just turn on the one upstairs and do the below

The remote can be reset and paired again following these steps;

Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds.
Press and hold 4 and 6 together for three seconds.
Press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds and follow the on-screen instructions.
