I get this message: Please wait for your you programme to load...

I came home from a couple of days away and when I went to put bbc1 and other streaming channels on only to get a blank screen with that message in the corner but nothing happens. I can get the BBC player so I think it is a waste of time trying to reboot the router. I went to my account online but it says that my TV services are ok.

Has anyone a clue what this could be?

Have you tried pulling the plug for 5 minutes or so ... can sometimes clear glitches

Go into the settings menu and restart the puck. I was getting that message when trying to watch an on demand film and a quick restart solved it
